This Privacy Policy explains how CBI Developments collects, uses, stores and protects personal information submitted through our Facebook lead forms and website.

We service customers in Australia. Privacy questions can be sent to info@custombuiltinc.com.au.

2. Information we collect

When you complete a Facebook lead form, we may collect your contact information, the suburb where your project is located, and your approximate project budget.

Maintain enquiry records.
Protect our business and comply with legal obligations.

We do not currently use AI to handle lead information or make decisions about enquiries.

We may share your information with:

Meta/Facebook, which provides the lead-form advertising service.
Wix, which hosts and supports our website.
Google, for analytics, advertising and measuring advertising performance.
Service providers who help us manage enquiries or business records, where necessary.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information on file for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We may delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
